“When the summer comes Sarah gets just as excited for Camp
Nashoba as she does for going to
Walt Disney world and it makes us
happy she is so excited about it. We
have noticed that Sarah has become
a fantastic swimmer and feels more
comfortable in social settings since
attending camp over the last 5 years.
Camp Nashoba has had a positive
influence in Sarah’s life and we
know she will have many fond
memories to last a lifetime.” |

“Jenny had has a great nine years at Nashoba. She has made great friends and had a good time every summer. She seems to have
accomplished something new every year from conquering the swim test to wall climbing to waterskiing. I think that the range of
activities you have are great. She has never felt pressured to do something she didn’t want to, and she loves the opportunities to sign
up for extra activities….” |

“
I was very pleased with Scott’s
experience. The wide range of activities
was great. Every day he came home with a
new experience; boating, diving, rock
climbing, kayak rescues, sailing,
windsurfing, etc. It seemed correctly
geared to his age and inspired him…All in
all a great experience!” |

“Camp Nashoba has been a wonderful and
important part of our childrens’ summers
since they were in Kindergarten. We first
moved to Acton the summer before our
daughter started Kindergarten, and going to
Camp Nashoba that summer was a wonderful introduction to the area and
helped smooth our transition. She now has
her eight year paddle proudly displayed on
her bedroom wall. Each year we challenge
them to try and learn something new at
camp....Many thanks for running such a
wonderful camp.” |
 |
“Our children greatly enjoyed their first
Camp Nashoba experience. They were
exposed to many different kinds of
activities and rain or shine always came
home feeling as if they had a great day.
They enjoyed swimming and tubing the
most in addition to archery and riding.” |

“Elizabeth and Sarah absolutely just love
their summer at Camp Nashoba. They
have been going to Camp Nashoba for over
5 years now. They continue to develop a
lot of friendships that extend beyond camp.
Last weekend, Sarah was at an away soccer
game, then next thing I know, she’s
walking around with the opposing player,
arm and arm. The girl was a friend that she
had made at camp, and both girls were very
excited to see each other. The confidence
and experience that both girls have gained
each year is remarkable. They both have become fantastic swimmers. They love all
the water sports, especially wind surfing
and kayaking; they love woodworking,
candle making and pottery. I highly
recommend Camp Nashoba to anyone
looking for a rock solid camp for their
child." |
